01 Start With Conversation

Every project begins with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we discuss your ideas, needs, and vision for your kitchen.

02 Creative Consultation Meeting

Meet Matt at our showroom for a relaxed, appointment-only consultation focused on understanding your vision, requirements, and how we can best support your project.

03 Site Measure & Planning

Following the consultation, we either work from your existing plans or arrange a home visit to take accurate measurements before moving into the design stage.

04 Design Presentation & Approval

We present your kitchen design in a private showroom appointment using advanced 3D and 4D CAD visuals, allowing you to review, refine, and approve every detail before moving forward with complete confidence.

05 Design Sign-Off & Ordering

Once the design is approved and the payment structure is agreed, your kitchen order is placed and the project moves into production.

06 Delivery, Installation & Completion

We confirm delivery schedules and installation dates in advance, then manage the full installation process through to final sign-off—ensuring your bespoke kitchen is completed seamlessly and to the highest standard.
