Matthew Morris (Managing Director)
Hello, my name is Matthew Morris, Managing and Creative Director at Studio 30 Interiors. Here is a small snippet of my professional journey so far.
I began my profession in the interior industry in 2011, first as an apprentice for a kitchen franchise in my childhood town of Amersham in Buckinghamshire. I soon developed a real passion for interiors and focused on learning my craft, I was extremely fortunate to be in a position very early on working and learning with industry professionals. After my apprenticeship, I started to work for an independent kitchen and bathroom showroom where I was a creative designer.
A few years passed and I was then scouted to join one of Europe’s largest kitchen and interior franchise Schmidt Kitchens, I was based in High Barnet, North London. My role here was as a senior design consultant, meeting the clients from the beginning, providing consulting advice through to creative design, and project managing the complete project from start to finish. I was then offered a secondary role looking after new franchise prospects. Working for Schmidt will always be a favourable memory, and we still keep in touch to this day. My time at Schmidt taught me a lot more than just great design, they taught me the core responsibilities of project management and client services it was at this point I set myself a goal to have my own design studio by the time I was 30. I’m pleased to share that this happened and this is why we are called Studio 30 Interiors, the name represents me, my extensive knowledge, and years of perfecting what I’m known for.
Acknowledged for the designs I create, I grew primarily in the European kitchen market and had a clear objective of offering our expertise to a local market in Hampshire, Dorset, and surrounding areas where I relocated to from London in 2016. Studio 30 Interiors has positioned itself in New Milton Hampshire. Today we offer whole-home designs that predominately encompass kitchens, open-plan living, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Willow is a silver labrador, she often confuses people with the assumption of being a Weimaraner. You will often see Willow sunbathing at the front of the showroom with a collection of her favorite toys.
