Project Details
Since this was in fact a new build and the property was purchased off-plan we liaised with many different professionals very early on. The kitchen was located on the top floor and this naturally is the last room to be completed in a new apartment block so organization was critical. Being able to work directly with the developer and his building team was extremely helpful, having regular meetings on-site with the contractors and the client, as well as many virtual appointments throughout the build stage.
Turning our attention to the utility room, nestled in a confined space, we pursued inventive strategies. Choosing stacked appliances instead of conventional under-counter options yielded notable benefits, optimizing storage for necessities such as the water softener and daily essentials. In compact designs like this, meticulous planning is as crucial as in larger spaces, ensuring every inch serves a functional purpose while maintaining aesthetic harmony.
